Tina Beliveau
Team Leader of KW Legacy in Pikesville & General Manager of the KW Legacy Brokerage Group

Tina Beliveau's mission is to transform the lives of the agents within our company. Fueled by a huge passion for leadership, growth, and sharing her talent and energy with those around her, Tina's career has progressed over 14 years in the industry from working as a solo agent to building a massively successful sales team, to leading the KW Legacy Pikesville office, to now leading the entire KW Legacy Brokerage Group (including our offices in Pikesville, Timonium, and Westminster, Maryland). 

Tina started in the real estate industry in 2005, and quickly built a well-respected name in the local industry through a business model focused on referrals and a reputation for integrity and professionalism. As her business evolved, Tina discovered that her business needs were not being met by the traditional real estate companies in the local market and that there were many missing pieces she wished she had to elevate to a bigger vision and to bigger results. 

Specifically, she knew that there were many deficits that were holding her back including: having the right training and mentorship to develop her business acumen, having the right models and brokerage structure to increase the profitbaility of her business, having the right training, tools and support so that she could hire the right people and have the right systems in place so she could get more personal time back and create career opportunities for other real estate professionals, and having an environment where should could be surrounded by people who value personal growth, professional development, and could lead her down a path of growth that they had already successfully walked before her.

Enter Keller Williams.
After an introduction to the KW business planning, hiring, lead generation, and training systems, Tina set out to "follow the KW playbook" and her business skyrocketed. Within 2 years, Tina grew her business from a team of 2 generating $15 million in annual sales (with no work-life balance to speak of) to a team of 5 generating $48 million in annual sales (with a massive upgrade in both work-life balance and business profit). Tina's sales team (The Beliveau Group) has consistently sold over 100 homes annually for 5 years running since adopting KW models and is now completely managed by one of Tina's first agent partners (Kim Lally Holmes). The KW systems, models, and environment have empowered Tina to create a business that: generates over $1 million annually in top line revenue, earns her passive income, creates significant career opportunities for those within her team, and has afforded Tina the opportunity to move forward in developing additional companies to make an even larger impact in the real estate world. 

Tina's Journey in KW Leadership
In 2016, Tina stepped into the role of Team Leader at KW Legacy (our Pikesville office). Under Tina's leadership, the office has grown, thrived, attracted and retained countless top producers, supported many agents in building teams and larger businesses, and created a culture that rallies around the successes of one another that is extremely unique to the industry.

At the end of 2016, Tina and the leadership team earned the incredible achievement of being the #1 Keller Williams franchise (out of over 750 franchises) in annual net agent growth. In 2017, KW Legacy ranked again at #1 out of over 800 franchises in year over year growth in number of homes closed by the company. In 2018, KW Legacy ranked yet again at #1 out of over 800 franchises in the "launch category" - this award is for the franchise between 2 and 5 years old that was the highest in closed sales, owner profit, and profit share to its agents. 

In addition to earning many awards within Keller Williams, KW Legacy became ranked as the #1 single office in the state of Maryland by number of homes sold within just 3 years of its launch in 2014. KW Legacy is the dominant single real estate office in Baltimore City and County in every category - buyers served, sellers served, volume closed, number of agents, and more. Beyond just Maryland, KW Legacy Brokerage Group ranked on several national brokerage ranking lists in 2018 including the Real Trends Top 500 Brokerages in the United States (KW Legacy ranked at #198 in units closed) and the Swanepoel Mega 1000 Top Brokerages in the United States (KW Legacy ranked at #314 in volume closed). KW Legacy Brokerage Group is Born
As KW Legacy became the dominant office in the Baltimore market, the opportunity arose for the company founder and majority owner (Seth Campbell) to launch a brand new KW franchise in Carroll County. KW Legacy West (located in Westminster, MD) was officially launched in January 2018 and is taking Carroll County by storm with the message, models, and technology of the future. In late 2018, the KW Legacy Brokerage Group acquired an existing KW franchise in Timonium, MD - now called KW Legacy Central . Under new ownership and leadership, KW Legacy Central is now on an exciting growth trajectory that has just begun. Tina now serves as General Mangaer for the brokerage group in addition to working day to day to continue to build and support the Pikesville office. The KW Legacy Brokerage Group vision is for the power, formidable talent and leadership, and established reputation of KW Legacy to be disseminated through all 3 of its offices and fuel growth into a much larger interconnected network of 30 Seth Campbell owned KW franchises that is simply the best in the industry. 

Outside of Real Estate
A Baltimore native, Tina has a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication & Advertising from Towson University. Sought after to speak at national conferences and stages, she has been featured on WBAL TV News as real estate expert and has been honored with many awards including the Daily Record Most Admired CEOs Award (2018), Baltimore Real Producers Leadership Impact Award (2017), the GBBR Community Service Award (2017), Smart CEO (2016), and the Daily Record 20 in their 20's (2015). 

Tina lives in Lutherville with her husband, Andrew, and their two labradors, Jonah and Teddy. Tina has a huge heart and is driven to give back in all areas of her life, and is always looking for opportunities to impact everyone and everything around her. She and her team recently donated a transport van to the Maryland SPCA, which is one of her proudest personal accomplishments. She serves on the Board of Directors and the Development Committee for the Maryland SPCA, and is an extremely active supporter of KW Cares (KW's non-profit), Abilities Network, Guiding Eyes for the Blind, and Lab Rescue of the Potomac. When Tina is not building companies or serving non profits, she can be found spending time with her loved ones, reading, traveling, or on her spin bike.
