Dan Cohen - Director of Productivity Coaching
Dan Cohen has been a licensed realtor for 3 years and he has accomplished a lot in a short period of time! In his first full year he was a true dual career agent with Rebate Realty and completed zero transactions. On March 1st, 2016 he joined Keller Williams Legacy and started to truly learn about the skills and fundamentals needed to become a successful realtor. Still dual career, he took 3 listings within 2 months of joining Keller Williams Legacy. It was at this time he realized the potential of lead generating and how he controlled his own fate.

On May 1st, 2016 Dan joined the Schiff Home Team, and decided to take the leap of faith and make real estate his full time career. During this time, he acted as a sponge and soaked up as much as he possibly could. Learning the habits, models, and systems of successful realtors was hugely impactful for him. He realized that there is no need to recreate the wheel, rather how can you make the wheel spin faster and more smoothly. Being part of this team was a tremendous opportunity for Dan and something he took very seriously to learn as much as possible. The mentorship, leadership, and opportunity were major catalysts in his success.

In July 2017, Dan became a solo agent and sprinted forward. He ended 2017 with 48 units and $7,500,000 million in volume closed. Towards the end of 2017, he starting coaching other KWL associates, and quickly realized how much he loved contributing to others and helping them succeed! Dan now serves as the Director of Productivity of Coaching and is now in the position to follow his passion and help people succeed and be there as a resource for them.

Dan has already sold 23 homes and $4,600,000 in transaction volume in the first 4 months of 2018. He has folded his business into the Productivity Coaching Program and now dedicates his time to helping other agents succeed at the highest possible level. Following a similar strategy to his business, he is setting big goals and has HUGE a huge vision for the Productivity Coaching Program. Dan is excited and ready to implement proven KWL models, tools and technology to allow our agents to reach their full potential.
