For Immediate Release. June 19th, 2017. Baltimore, Maryland.
Top producing real estate agent Harry Blondell just transitioned his business to Keller Williams Legacy – the fastest growing real estate office in Baltimore City & County.
“After years attempting to develop my own company, I realized I was undercapitalized,” said Blondell. “Alone, I could barely compete in the marketplace. With the tools, consulting and education offered by Keller Williams Legacy, I can again focus on my goal to dominate the market. Tina Beliveau, Vlad Kats, and Seth Campbell offer incredible support and I am so glad to be in business with them.”
“We’re proud to be in business with Harry,” said Seth Campbell, Keller Williams Legacy’s Operating Partner. “With 27 years of experience in the industry and an incredibly successful track record as both an agent and broker, he is an asset to Legacy. We are looking forward to being part of Harry’s growth through his implementation of Keller Williams’ systems, models and technology.”
Tina Beliveau, Keller Williams Legacy’s Co-Managing Director, added: “When I learned about Harry’s successful track record in the industry, I was very excited at the prospect of partnering with him to make his business even more efficient and effective on top of an incredible foundation. In his short time here at Legacy, I already see him engaging with our other top producers, immersing himself in our education, and studiously working to implement our models - quickly!”
“Over the years, I have provided exemplary service to my customers by holding their interests above all else,” Blondell stated. “I am looking forward to providing that same great service to an expanded group of clients, backed by the best technology and the biggest real estate company in the country.”
“I have been impressed with Harry's business acumen and mindset from the start," said Vlad Kats, Keller Williams Legacy’s Co-Managing Director. "It's clear that he is in this industry to build a business and a legacy. The value that he and his business will derive from KW's proven models, systems, and technology will be essential to his journey of establishing himself as force in the local market. Combine that with the business owner conversation that takes place daily in KWL's hallways and Training Center, I expect Harry's effectiveness to increase exponentially in the next 12-18 months."
Blondell developed a strong real estate brand and grew his last company amidst the worst economic climate since the Great Depression. During his time at Advance Realty, he developed and grew the business through franchising, and assumed leadership in 2009. Beginning with 3 locations, Blondell grew the business to 44 in a short period of time. Many of the franchise locations continue to enjoy success as independent real estate offices today.
Blondell has worked in sales and marketing for most of his career. Starting out selling cable door to door and satellite TV in a call center, he began rehabbing homes in 1981 and developing land for home builders. Blondell has developed five companies including a computerized job bulletin board in the early nineties prior to the emergence of the Internet, a rental property management company, Advance Realty USA real estate franchise, Advance Title, and Advance Realty Progressive.
